For Valentine's Day I {LOVE} to bake/cook... {share a recipe!}
Well, to tell you the truth, I just bake cookies, nothing extra special! So..I thought I would share a recipe that I just had given to me in the last week. And boy are they yummy....now understand something, you may freak when you see what it is, and you may say " thats so hard I could never do it" But please, trust me when I say, THERE SUPER EASY! And I have not ruined them yet, and thats saying allot for me!
So, let me introduce you to:
Yummy Home aid Begals
Preheat Oven to 375
YOU WILL NEED:
- 8 1/2 cups flour - 3 Tbsp Dry Yeast - 3 Cups Lukewarm Water
- 1/3 Cup honey - 1 Tbsp Salt
1.Mix Lukewarm Water, Yeast, Honey, and Salt for 30 seconds
2.Add Flour (Start with 3 1/2 Cups and add by the cup, you may not need all 8 1/2 cups) Dough should not be sticking to sides of bowl
3. Mix step 2 on high speed for 3 Min.
4. One mixed well, need(speed 2) for 10 Min.
5. Let rise for 15 Min.
6. Cut into 24 portions (into 2, into 2,into 3, into 2 = 24)
7.With oiled hands shape into balls and gently shape a hole in the center(do the holes kind of big cause they will fill in)
8.Place on cookie sheet 2 across 4 down = 8 on a sheet
9. Cover with towels and let rise for 20min in a warm place
10. Bake for 15-20 Min.
ENJOY! There extra yummy right from the oven with butter!
